Reorganize language files

As of ASG 2.2, the application is shipped with English language file. Additional languages might occasionally be available.

Make English the default language and clean all strings. Fix all reported typos and join strings with variables using placeholders.

Don't forget to write a documentation page explaining how to change default language.
